Reveille will serve as a client relationship manager for clients across the U.S. and will continue to increase business development with current clients as well as supporting Warbird’s financial services consulting solution.

Prior to joining Warbird, Reveille served as vice president, business development at GE Public Finance – Healthcare Finance where he originated, structured and oversaw the closing process for loan and bond transactions working directly with hospital CFOs, financial advisers and investment bankers. Also at GE Public Finance – Healthcare Finance, he previously served as a senior credit analyst. Previously, Reveille served as a credit manager at U.S. Capital Corporation and senior credit analyst at U.S. Concord Inc. and MetLife Capital Credit Corp.

University of Chicago Medicine is opening a new clinic in the bustling South Loop as the academic medical center looks to reach more patients beyond its Hyde Park campus.

Physicians specializing in primary care, cardiology and orthopedics, among other specialties, are expected to have up to 75,000 patient visits a year at the 18,000-square-foot clinic. It’s slated to open in October 2016 inside Southgate Market, a retail hub at Canal Street and Roosevelt Road that includes Whole Foods Market, DSW shoe store and Marshalls. Wardwell will be a member of Warbird’s elite CFO Consulting Network where his experience at regional, large hospitals and unique expertise in revenue cycle and clinical integration network formation will be utilized on an interim, advisory or project basis at clients that need his skill set.

Melick will serve as the client relationship manager for clients located in the western part of the U.S. and will continue to increase business development with current clients as well as supporting a new solution, Independent Consultant Services.

Cole will support Warbird Healthcare’s IT consulting solutions by expanding the IT business development program and assist in managing the deployment of IT resources to various clients.

He has significant experience in the areas of finance, operations and strategy within the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining Warbird, Melick served as managing director at Cain Brothers where he worked on a variety of healthcare investment banking projects, including bond issues, direct bank placement, mergers and acquisitions and asset management. Prior to Cain Brothers, he was a healthcare investment banker with Raymond James & Associates, Morgan Keegan & Co. and Piper Jaffray & Co.

Previously, Cole served as interim executive director – clinical ancillary systems at WellStar Health System through consulting firm ROI Healthcare Solutions where he built a team of analysts to support healthcare’ electronic transformation to Epic. He was also accountable for directing the IT products and services used for supporting clinical ancillary services. The Department of Health and Human Services threw down the gauntlet in late January when Secretary Sylvia Burwell announced its intention to increase value-based purchasing dramatically in the next few years.

University of Chicago Medicine has launched a study to see what it would take for the prominent South Side institution to open an adult trauma center of its own.

The study, launched in late January, also will identify other needs. They include addressing capacity issues at the three-hospital Hyde Park campus.
